Terms and Conditions

1.Secure Transactions

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Alpha e-Commerce" of Alpha Bank and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

2.Cancellation Policy.

In case of cancellation or change of reservation, your request should be emailed.

3. Refund Policy.

In case of cancellation or non-appearance in the delivery the money is not refundable.

4. Delivery and Receipt Policy.

On receipt the car will be at the place and at the specific time you have chosen when booking.

On return, the car should be at the place and time agreed upon.

5. The driver has to be at least 23 years of age and must have a valid drivers license, issued at least one year prior to the renting date.

6. The driver pays for any penalties that are results of traffic or parking violations.

Full damage waiver is provided by United Car Rental.

7. The driver is not allowed to take the rental car out of the island of Karpathos.

8. The fuel policy is full to full.

9. For reservation the driver can pay with credit, debit or prepaid card ( VISA, Master Card, Maestro, American Express and Diners ), with digital wallet master pass or PayPal.

10. Upon arrival the driver may also pay in cash.
